1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged products due to customer handling

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”

  • Sale or clearance items (if specified at purchase)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Share clear photos/videos of the product (if applicable)

  4. Wait for confirmation and return approval

Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Bank Transfer / Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or agreed method

  • Online payments: Refund will be returned to the original payment method where possible

Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Replacement Policy

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:

  • Product replacement

  • Exchange for an equal value item

This applies especially when:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider (bank or wallet service)

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.

9. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges under the same conditions as returns. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
